Sean Roberts began snowmobiling as a toddler as his parents and extended family were all avid sledders. By age 5 Sean was already learning to operate a machine on his own and his father made an oval track behind his uncle's cottage on Acton Island. Sean's family would spend winter holidays there and as a child, spent most of his winters riding. As he grew up he left snowmobiling to pursue school and eventually work in Toronto. In 2012 he moved to Bala, bought a sled and became active as a volunteer in The Muskoka Lakes Snow Trails Association. During his tenure as a volunteer he learned a great many things from his peers and in 2017, accepted the role of President of The MLSTA. Sean has a deep passion for bringing the best product to the riders and his diligence for safety is always at the forefront. His intention is to continually learn from his predecessors as well as divide new strategies that will maintain the wonderful sport in which we all love.
